Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential failures.
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read basic technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures.
