First Solar is seeking an entry-level Automation Technician to support manufacturing operations, assist with equipment startup, PLC/HMI programming, and troubleshoot manufacturing process controls. This role rotates between AM and PM shifts, with a 36/48-hour week and every-other Friday/Saturday/Sunday on rotation.
Requirements include a minimum 2 years in manufacturing electrical/electronics/controls or 5+ years if no degree, and an Associate/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Robotics/Industrial
