this position is 100% commission based. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

commission-based uncapped earning potential.

first year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

• travel to customers to perform high-quality minorautomotive reconditioning activities such aspaint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations

• 5+years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
• strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
• ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, andlift upto 45lbs
• valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
