Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, HVAC, and property maintenance, with the ability to read schematics and perform equipment repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving HVAC and plumbing issues, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Pay will be based on experience.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC principles, and property maintenance practices.

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.

• Proficient in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties.

• Diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring proper integration with plumbing installations.

• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems and equipment.

• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including mechanics and welders, for comprehensive property maintenance.

• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
