- Lead, mentor, and develop a software integration and test team
- Manage hiring, performance reviews, career development, and resource allocation
- Develop and execute software-in-the-loop test plans and validation plans for test beds
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Collaborate with hardware-in-the-loop, vehicle test, flight software, and systems engineering teams
- Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Report test progress and risks to program leadership
- Support software-in-the-loop, modeling and simulation, and SIL infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, integration, or testing within the aerospace industry
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a people management role
- Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- Proficiency in C/C++ development
- Skill in Python or similar scripting languages
- In-depth knowledge of real-time operating systems and embedded control systems, including APIs, interfaces, and device drivers
- Familiarity with UDP/TCP, I2C, UART, and similar communication protocols
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status required under ITAR
Demonstrates expertise in leading software integration and testing teams within the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipeline optimization, project management, and team development. Proficient in C/C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of real-time operating systems and embedded control systems.
