Home weekends, every week, plus 1+ midweek home time. Work Mon–Fri with Sunday departures for Monday deliveries; some night runs may be required. If you don’t have flatbed experience, start with a two-week paid orientation in Birmingham, earning $2,000 during onboarding as you build new skills.
