Medical Office Manager

Prescott Valley, AZ

Overview

Our medical practice in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Medical Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our administrative team. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, ideal for an experienced office administrator ready to take on a leadership role.

Position Offers

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient front and back office environment
  • Manage patient scheduling, provider calendars, and appointment workflows to optimize clinic capacity and minimize wait times
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative and front office staff, including workload allocation and performance oversight
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and file management systems, including patient files, correspondence, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate communication between providers, staff, patients, and external parties to ensure timely information flow and issue resolution
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and resolve day-to-day problems as they arise
  • Oversee inventory and office supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing
  • Prepare and review routine office reports, metrics, and documentation to support practice management and decision-making
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
  • Formal training or certification in medical office administration or practice management a plus
  • Demonstrated history of progressive responsibility in office administration or management roles
