bGoettl’s High Desert Mechanical is hiring a Customer Service Representative earning a clear path to $72k+ to support inbound/outbound calls, book appointments in Service Titan, and help manage customer accounts. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, own your KPI goals, and receive full training to set you up for success.

Position OverviewPay Range:
Clear path to earning $72k+.
Compensation Breakdown:
Hourly $18–$35, Weekly Performance Spiffs.
- Full-Time
- Monday–Saturday (Staggered Shifts)

- High school diploma or GED
- Moderate typing ability
- Strong phone etiquette
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong time-management skill
- Experience with CRM software (especially Service Titan)
- HVAC or plumbing industry experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in de-escalation

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
- Book service jobs utilizing scheduling software.
- Outbound call to schedule appointments.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators to earn monthly incentives.
- Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to every client.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
