Customer Service Representatives

bGoettl’s High Desert Mechanical is hiring a Customer Service Representative earning a clear path to $72k+ to support inbound/outbound calls, book appointments in Service Titan, and help manage customer accounts. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, own your KPI goals, and receive full training to set you up for success.

Pay Range:
Clear path to earning $72k+.

Compensation Breakdown:
Hourly $18–$35, Weekly Performance Spiffs.

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Moderate typing ability
• Strong phone etiquette
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong time-management skill

• Experience with CRM software (especially Service Titan)
• HVAC or plumbing industry experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience in de-escalation

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
• Book service jobs utilizing scheduling software.
• Outbound call to schedule appointments.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators to earn monthly incentives.
• Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to every client.
• Perform other clerical duties as required.
