As an Account Representative for the Eric Strobel Agency, you will support daily business operations and contribute to customer success by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
