Template Build Analyst

Carex is partnering with a healthtech industry partner for a Schedule Template Build Analyst. This role will play a critical role in creating and maintaining schedule templates to support clinician onboarding and ongoing scheduling needs. This role partners with clinics across the country to implement effective scheduling solutions while ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices. The analyst provides technical expertise in template building and serves as a key resource for template-related changes, configurations, and optimization.

Pay rate: $30-35/hr
Duration: 4-6 months

• Partner with providers, clinical staff, operational teams, and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure scheduling templates meet end-user needs.
• Collaborate with clinics across the country to establish initial scheduling templates based on provider and clinic requirements.
• Translate clinician and business needs into practical, scalable scheduling processes and configurations.
• Create, test, maintain, and optimize schedule templates while troubleshooting template functionality and configuration issues.
• Regularly review and update templates to reflect changes in staff availability, role requirements, clinic policies, and operational needs.
• Evaluate scheduling workflows and templates to identify opportunities to improve utilization, patient access, consistency, and scalability.
• Manage workplans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications associated with scheduling template initiatives.
• Partner with technology teams to operationalize new workflows, tools, forms, dashboards, and service desk processes.
• Provide training, documentation, recommendations, and other resources to support users and facilitate effective template adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders to align requirements and drive execution.
• Balance clinician experience, operational consistency, patient access, and scalability when evaluating scheduling solutions.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably athena, as well as scheduling, service desk, or workflow management processes.
• Experience with scheduling optimization and optimizing supply and demand dynamics.
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to define requirements, align decisions, and drive execution.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage workplans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, process documentation, and leadership-ready materials.
• Comfort working in systems-oriented environments and collaborating with technology teams to implement and optimize workflows.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with local operations teams, clinicians, and cross-functional partners.
