• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: 3x12
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2140 to $2340

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform age-appropriate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, nutrition, and discharge instructions
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
• Provide emotional support and compassionate, family-centered care throughout the patient's treatment

• Active RN License in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatric nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• ACLS Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric assessment, medication administration, and developmental care
• Excellent communication and family education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care
