• Maintain resident’s files in an organized fashion that follows company policy and complies with state regulations

• Review resident service plans, per AZDHS regulations and company policy, and ensure they are being followed correctly by team members and outside services

• Ensure resident’s ADL needs are safe and properly performed

• Ensure resident supply needs are met by either POA or company

• Assess the needs of the residents in the community and implement timely solutions to ensure that each resident’s needs are being met and that their care charges are sufficient to provide uncompromised care

• Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in a leadership role and have a blended experience in the medical arena and/or social work with seniors
