Position Overview
Registered Nurse – Home Health Division – Full‑Time (Part‑Time and Per‑Diem options available) – Prescott Valley, Arizona.

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred) with ability to apply and maintain RN license in Arizona.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program licensed in Arizona.
- Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Fingerprint certification through state of Arizona required.
- Three (3) years of working experience; two (2) years of Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills; uses logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Utilizes appropriate leadership skills in delegating, organizing, and educating coworkers and staff.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- General computer skills including data entry, word processing, e‑mail, and record management.
- Effective organizational and time‑management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Works closely and professionally with others.
- Maintains quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
- Works on‑call and off‑hours as assigned.
- A passion for providing patient care and strong clinical skills.
- Strong collaboration with Physicians and Therapists.
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current State Registered Nurse License.
- Current CPR certification.
In accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, integrating the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
