Job Overview

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an Emergency Department (ED) assignment in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Duration: 13 weeks |
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week |
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts

• Provide nursing care in a 24-bed ED with 4 critical rooms and 1 trauma room, including a Level 4 trauma center serving as a STEMI receiving stroke center.
• Treat 80-110 patients daily with common diagnoses such as chest pain, abdominal pain, minor trauma, and respiratory distress.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 for general ED, 1:2 or 1:1 for ICU patients depending on acuity.
• Manage conscious sedation, critical thinking, and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) care.
• Document charting in Cerner.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience; at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC.
• Ready to start within 5 weeks.
• Must be willing to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, weekend every other weekend, major holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day), and 2 on‑call shifts per 28‑day schedule.
• Float between east and west EDs as scheduled.
• Dress code: navy blue dignity scrubs.
• BSN not required.

13-week assignment starting 06/01/2026.

36 hours per week with 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Tax‑free stipend to be determined.
