OverviewAs a Clinical Liaison, you will evaluate patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria, prepare development plans, conduct marketing calls, and present the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Required Skills and Experience- Licensed as an RN, LVN/LPN, PT, OT, or RT.
- Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record.
- 3 years of healthcare experience (healthcare sales experience preferred).
- Current, valid, and active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT).
- Ability to travel regularly within the regional area.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
- General computer skills: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Effective organizational, time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adherence to quality and safety standards and confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
