- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and transferring products from stock rooms to store floors
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location:
Prescott Valley, AZ - Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - Early morning start time
- Schedule may change based on business needs
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using Salesforce for product ordering and capable of performing physical tasks required for stocking and merchandising.
