Overnight Youth Care Technician
Salary: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.
Signing Bonus: $2,500.00

Shifts: Full‑time, 11pm‑7am, weekend availability.

- At least 21 years old
- Successful background check and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years combined education or experience in Human Services
- Maturity, empathy, patience, and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain safety, accountability, and security of campus
- Teach, coach, and supervise students in daily living activities (morning, bedtime, hygiene, housekeeping, meals, intramurals, sports, academics, extracurriculars)
- Observe peer and individual behavior for progress toward treatment goals
- Effective written and oral communication
- Follow and implement individual treatment plans for all students
- Recognize escalating behaviors and intervene appropriately to ensure safety and security
Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders in Arizona. Staff work in a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma‑informed, clinically sophisticated care to youth who require intensive therapeutic support.
