Assess clients’ fitness levels, strengths, and areas for improvement through fitness tests and evaluations.
· Design customized exercise programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and medical considerations.
· Lead and instruct clients through safe and effective workouts, demonstrating proper technique and form.
· Monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
· Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed, overcome obstacles, and celebrate achievements.
· Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and ethical standards.
Knowledge of exercise science and anatomy
· Strong communication and motivational skills
· Ability to tailor programs to different fitness levels and needs
· CPR and First Aid certification preferred
· Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA)
