As the Business Office Manager at Touchmark’s Ranch Retirement Community, you will work closely with the leadership team and the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office to oversee all business office and primary accounting functions. You will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, monthly invoicing, daily updates for community management, budgeting, and HR support.

Qualifications
  • A degree in business administration or accounting preferred
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Experience working with budgets for multiple departments
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Prior exposure to computerized accounting software; experience with Real Page property management software is a plus
  • A genuine interest in working with a senior population

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office
  • Oversee all business office and primary accounting functions
  • Process payroll (semi-monthly)
  • Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for the community
  • Assist with monthly invoicing, primary accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Partner with leadership team in the community on budgeting and financial decisions
  • Assist Regional HR Manager with administrative HR tasks
