We are seeking a full-time Spa Coordinator who embodies calm confidence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and makes every client feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Your RoleWe’re seeking a full-time Spa Coordinator who will help deliver a welcoming client experience and support daily studio operations.
You’ll have the opportunity to make personalized product and treatment recommendations to help clients maximize their wellness journey. A 4-hour paid job trial is required to demonstrate baseline qualifications. Staff perks include complimentary treatments, discounts on services and products, and other wellness benefits.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Warmly greet every client who enters—set the tone for their experience
- Schedule services and answer client questions in person and by phone
- Deliver friendly, polished, professional customer service
- Maintain client files (paper and digital) with total confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
- Anticipate client needs and take ownership of their satisfaction
- Help keep the spa fresh, stocked, tidy, and welcoming
- Assist with laundering towels, robes, and general spa upkeep
- Create a safe, clean, nurturing environment for clients and staff
- Check clients in/out and process all payments
- Sell memberships, gift cards, and retail products with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Resolve client concerns with patience, compassion, and efficiency
- Balance cash drawer each shift
- Communicate clearly with management, therapists, and front desk team
- Work evenings/weekends and attend staff meetings
- Assist with sanitation and treatment-room prep between clients
- Operate cash register and POS
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism and warmth
- Perform opening/closing duties
- Maintain spa cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate appointment flow to keep the studio running smoothly
- Confidence using POS and scheduling software
- Strong computer know-how and a warm, polished phone presence
- Ability to gracefully navigate and resolve client concerns
- Organized multitasking with a positive, service-first attitude
- Clear and purposeful communication with teammates and leadership
