Client Experience Coordinator

Summary

When clients walk through our doors, call for help, or need guidance, you'll be the person who makes them feel taken care of. You'll help keep our service team organized, ensure client devices are checked in properly, coordinate service appointments, answer questions, and create an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

What you'll do Create an outstanding client experience

Welcome clients into our Prescott storefront and create a warm, professional first impression.

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic questions, and make sure each client feels heard and supported.

Keep clients informed throughout the service process with clear, friendly communication.

Coordinate service requests

Schedule in-store, onsite, and remote service calls.

Triage incoming tickets, gather the right details, and route or schedule each request with the appropriate team member.

Monitor the service queue and coordinate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.

Manage device check-in and checkout

Accurately check in computers, phones, tablets, and other technology for service.

Document equipment, accessories, client concerns, contact details, and service expectations.

Check completed systems out to clients, review next steps, and collect payment.

Help clients find the right solution

Answer basic technology and service questions using clear, jargon-free language.

Recommend helpful services, products, memberships, or upgrades when they genuinely fit the client's needs.

Earn bonus opportunities through qualified upsells and sales.

Keep the front office running smoothly

Maintain accurate client records, ticket notes, scheduling details, and payment information.

Keep the front desk, intake area, and storefront organized and presentation-ready.

Assist with administrative tasks, client follow-up, and day-to-day office coordination.

Where & how you'll work

Full-time, in-office position in Prescott, Arizona.

Monday through Friday.

No weekends and no scheduled overtime.

Professional, client-facing storefront and service environment.

Compensation & benefits
  • $20-$22 per hour.

Must-haves
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, dispatching, office coordination, or customer service experience.
  • Strong typing, computer, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, friendly demeanor and the confidence to communicate with clients in person and by phone.
  • Comfort with everyday technology and the willingness to learn basic troubleshooting concepts, services, and terminology.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests, and remain calm when the front desk, phones, and ticket queue are busy.
  • A positive team-first attitude and dependable attendance.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in an IT, electronics, repair, professional service, or technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, scheduling tools, point-of-sale systems, or CRM platforms.
  • Experience collecting payments, preparing invoices, or handling basic sales transactions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Windows, device, WiFi, printer, and account questions.
Training & growth

We'll train you on Tek Stop's systems, services, intake process, ticketing standards, and client experience expectations. You'll learn how to recognize common technology needs, ask strong triage questions, and confidently guide clients to the right next step. As Tek Stop grows, team members who demonstrate excellence may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility.
