• Patient Care:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a high-volume geriatric population.
  • Manage chronic conditions, perform routine check-ups, and conduct minor procedures such as toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections.
  • Ensure all care delivered is compassionate, patient-centered, and adheres to the highest clinical standards.

• Clinical Excellence:

  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Family Medicine and apply them in daily patient care.
  • Utilize a patient-centered approach to care that respects the dignity and preferences of all patients.

• Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive collegial relationships with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators, and patients.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment that supports teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

• Licensing and Certification:

  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Hold a valid DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.

• Experience:

  • Demonstrated history of providing high-quality care in a Family Medicine setting.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record of maintaining positive professional relationships with colleagues and patients.

• Practice Setting:
  • Outpatient Family Medicine practice focusing on adult and geriatric care.
  • No pediatric patients are seen in this practice.
  • Supportive administrative and clinical staff to assist in providing excellent patient care.
