*** Serve as the designated FAR Part 141 Assistant Chief Instructor, supporting training, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Manage flight instructor training programs, certifications, and performance evaluations.
* Oversee curriculum updates and ensure adherence to FAA and University standards.
* Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance while fostering instructor and student success.
* Act as a key liaison for students, instructors, and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
