• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands.
• May be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must provide close, peripheral, and focus adjustment visual support.
• May be required to use district‑approved physical restraint techniques when student restraint is required.

• High School diploma or GED and at least an Associate’s degree or higher, or
• Completed at least two years of study (60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education, or
• Obtained a passing score on one of the Arizona Department of Education approved Para Pro assessments.

• 10‑month position – 6.5 hours per day
• $16.55–17.43 per hour + benefits
• $2,000 stipend for specialized learning program
• $500 hiring bonus paid after working 3 months
