Compensation
$50 per service. Primary commitment is Sunday mornings, with occasional additional services for holidays and special events throughout the year.
What You'll Do- Run the technical side of our weekly livestream — camera switching, audio, and graphics
- Monitor the stream in real time to ensure quality for our online congregation
- Coordinate with worship leaders on service flow and run‑of‑show
- Set up and break down equipment for outdoor services only. Regular Sunday services do not require breakdown.
- Support special services including holiday events and community programs
- Comfort with technology and/or willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality are a must; live services run on a fixed schedule
- Calm, focused under mild pressure — things happen live, and we need someone steady
- Any background in AV, video, gaming/streaming, or broadcast is a bonus, not a requirement
- Customer service oriented and friendly
Our current Technical Director is transitioning out at the end of July. We are planning a hands‑on onboarding period with overlap before the handoff, so the right candidate will be up and running with confidence before going solo. Candidates available to start early to mid July are strongly preferred.
AZ Event Video is looking for a reliable, tech‑comfortable individual to serve as our Livestream Technical Director for weekly Sunday worship services and special events near Downtown Prescott, AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build hands‑on live production experience in a supportive, low‑pressure environment — full training is provided. No prior professional experience required.
