Overview

Fann Contracting, Inc. seeks a knowledgeable IT Specialist to support, develop, and integrate IT systems in our busy Prescott, AZ office. This role involves troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and technology training.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end user IT support and troubleshooting.
Assist with development and integration of corporate IT systems and networks (e.g., Windows Server, RDP, SQL, TCP/IP, Mac OS).
Support technology implementation and device management (iPhones, Macs).
Generate IT reports and assist other teams as needed.
Train users on new and existing IT systems.

Required Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Mac OS, and TCP/IP networking.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to train users and explain technical concepts.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Corporate IT experience.
Experience with SQL databases.
Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Macs).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20-$27/hour, DOE
