Third Shot Coffee is a community focused coffee shop located in Prescott, Arizona, adjacent to and owned by Starting Point Church. Third Shot Coffee functions as an independent business. Our mission is to serve excellent coffee, create meaningful connections, and provide a welcoming space for everyone. We are looking for a passionate ministry-minded leader with prior coffee shop or QSR management experience to run the shop with excellence, grow the current customer base, and build a strong team culture.

Third Shot Coffee Manager will oversee all daily operations, lead and develop the team, and grow Third Shot Coffee through strong leadership, hospitality and vision. This role is for someone who can take ownership of the shop, lead with integrity, maintain excellent working relationship with Starting Point Church and work to build something special with their team for the betterment of the Prescott community.

• Oversee all daily coffee shop operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead team members
• Create a positive team culture
• Maintain high standards for drinks, products, service and cleanliness
• Manage inventory ordering and cost control
• Demonstrate professionalism and care
• Grow the current customer base through strong leadership and community engagement
• Lead the business independently while partnering well with nearby ministry when needed
• Develop systems that support long‑term growth and excellence
• Managing payroll processes and handling financial transactions accurately

• Prior coffee shop or QSR management experience
• Proven leadership and team building skills
• Ministry-minded with a heart for serving others
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to lead independently
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and people
• Acquire and/or maintain Serv Safe Certification
