• Rooms: 3 Cath/IR rooms + 1 Hybrid OR
• Avg. Cases/Day: 15–20 (varies by day)
• Teams: 3–4 staff per room (4-person teams for call)

• RN License
• BLS & ACLS (AHA only)

• Interventional Cardiology: Diagnostic caths, PCI, device implants
• Structural Heart: TAVR, Mitra Clip, LAA closures, PFO closures, balloon valvuloplasty
• Vascular: AAA/EVAR, TCAR, carotid angiograms/stents, peripheral interventions
• Interventional Radiology: Ports, feeding tubes, dialysis catheters, IVC filters, nephrostomy tubes, vertebroplasty
• Electrophysiology: Cardiac ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants

• Circulate cases
• Administer medications and moderate sedation
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Scrub or monitor if trained
• Assist with high-acuity interventional procedures

• Preferred: 2–3 years Cath Lab + IR experience
• Vascular and/or structural heart experience strongly preferred
• Experience reviewed case-by-case during interview

  Philips (all rooms)
• Additional Equipment:
  Impella, IABP, Rotablator, CSI, Angio Jet, Laser atherectomy, IVUS, OCT, FFR, CO₂ angiography

• Shifts:
  
  4×10s (Mon–Fri) with 1 weekday off
• Regular
  
  Hours:
  
  0700–1730
• Call: 7–10 call days/month, 1 weekend/month (Fri 1730 – Mon 0700)
• Response time: 30 minutes
• Holidays: 1 summer + 1 winter holiday (may include call)

• Floating:
  Rare; may assist as helping hands if needed
• Scrubs:
  Provided by hospital (change on-site)
• Orientation (RN): 1 day hospital orientation, 2 days department-specific orientation
