Job Description & Requirements

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse (RN) specializing in Med-Surg/Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Prescott, Arizona, starting 06/29/2026. The role requires 36 hours per week over 12‑hour night shifts, and is offered as a travel assignment.

Med‑Surg nurses provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures, administer medications, implement physicians’ orders, perform routine treatments, assess changes in patient status, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration.

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med‑Surg setting.
• Other requirements as determined by client facility.
