Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience working in an Intensive Care Unit environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and related technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress, multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver advanced patient-centered care
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, including titrating drips per protocol and physician orders
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and outcomes
