Position: Long-Term Care LPN Position, up to $1,550 per week

Long‑Term Care LPN position providing compassionate nursing care for residents during night shifts. This 13‑week assignment is located near Prescott, Arizona and offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to long‑term care residents during night shifts.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status, treatments, and medications.

Execute IV therapy procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.

Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

Completed LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
Valid LPN license in Arizona.
BLS certification.
IV certification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in long‑term care or related settings.
Knowledge of EMR systems.
Ability to pass Arizona fingerprinting and background check.
Comfortable working night shifts (7a‑7p) and rotating weekends.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
