• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: 3x12
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2030 to $2230

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and physiological monitoring
• Assess, monitor, and interpret telemetry rhythms, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to arrhythmias and other medical emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting recovery and positive patient outcomes

• Active RN License in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and acute care nursing
• Experience caring for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical conditions
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
