Job Summary and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities- Deliver excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, establishing goals, planning, and implementing interventions and evaluating patient care outcomes.
- Read, analyze, and interpret hospital policies and procedures, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports and procedures and document in the medical record.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from co‑workers, managers, patients, physicians, family members, and the general public.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as weights, dosages, flow rates, proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Critically think and problem solve.

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- 0‑12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state by the cohort start date 7/20/2026.
- BLS certification – American Heart Association.

- Unofficial transcripts with GPA.
- Additional certifications may be required based on population(s) served and services provided.
- Must be able to complete entire program with a perfect attendance record.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing first 12 weeks.
- Must be able to work and train on either night or day shifts including holidays.
- Must agree to terms and conditions of the program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- AHA ACLS.
