SalarySalary: $62,600.00-$87,600.00
Responsibilities- Lead, train, coach and develop associates in assigned department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need.
- Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
- Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across the department and store.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize merchandising, inventory and departmental performance; this role may cover multiple departments depending on store structure (e.g., Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution).
- Experience in retail or customer service as a leader or supervisor.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of merchandising and store operations.
- Ability to train, coach and develop associates; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the departments listed above is a plus.
