At Home - - Responsibilities:
Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets to maintain visual integrity;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; sort, stock, and maintain end caps;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience;
Coach/train team on visual priorities and create visual moments to enhance the customer experience
