You are the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You listen first, communicate clearly, and help people make smart decisions for their vehicle, whether that is maintenance, repairs, or upgrades that match the way they actually drive.

• Greet customers and build trust through real conversation
• Write clear work orders and translate goals into a solid plan
• Guide customers through options with honesty and confidence
• Keep communication tight from drop off to pick up
• Work closely with technicians to keep projects moving the right way
• Protect the customer experience and the Summit reputation

• Off‑road industry experience
• Strong communication and organization in a fast‑paced shop
• Solid understanding of 4X4 systems and vehicles in general
• Team first mindset and pride in doing things right
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You own a 4X4 or have real trail experience
• You have worked in a specialty automotive or off‑road shop
• You know suspension, gearing, lighting, armor, and upgrade paths
• You bring leadership energy and want to grow into more

• Pay is DOE
• Monday through Friday, plus one rotating Saturday each month
