Position: Field Service Representative / Market - SS - AZ - Prescott

Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology – Market:
Prescott (SS-AZ). Travel up to 90 miles from home, average. Work Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Pay $17.00/hr next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling or fixed shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Keep availability updated accurately.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, surveys associated with each job before leaving site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Scheduling / Planning

Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early morning hours or holidays based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Relationship Development

Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Leadership & Cross‑functional Work

Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Foster a positive work environment and transparent, respectful communication with all team members.

Customer & Client Satisfaction

Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs as determined by field management.

Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical abilities: climb ladder up to 10 ft, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, reach overhead.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
  • Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Own Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Complete all training assignments within designated time frame.
  • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
  • Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication, presentation skills; sound decision‑making, good judgment, problem‑solving.
  • Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
Benefits

$17.00 per hour; next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement; paid training; flexible self‑scheduling or fixed shifts.
