Store Environment Team Member

Store - PRESCOTT, AZ

• Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, ensuring store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service, helping customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and mops floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and place products back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions as required.
• Deep clean key areas of the store, including but not limited to bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and other high‑traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Maintain positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization’s vision and values.
• Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.

• Retail and/or cleaning experience.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Some outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies will be used.
• Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Public retail store setting; all public areas are climate controlled.
