Night Crew Supervisor

Albertsons - 1044 Willow Creek Road - Responsibilities:
Supervise and participate in all night crew activities and train associates on night crew policies and procedures;
Direct operation of the grocery department in the night shift, including supervising personnel and ensuring safety, order, and customer service;
Maintain product quality, rotate stock, and manage backroom organization; assist in ordering, receiving, storing, and inventory control;
Implement loss prevention, security policies, and company merchandising policies during after hours; handle vendor relations and ensure compliance with safety and grooming standards;
Communicate with Grocery Manager and Store Director about night crew activities; assist in building displays and completing required reports and forms
