Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, and recommending additional items;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to all store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor;
Meet store sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
