Hale’s Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to lead our growth in the Prescott area. This role includes working company-generated leads, self-generating new opportunities, and helping build Hale’s Roofing into a highly recommended local brand.
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners and property managers on company-generated leads
- Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and close sales
- Coordinate with production to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Help grow brand awareness through community involvement and marketing efforts
- Track leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid driver’s license
- Base Salary + Commission
