This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Prescott, AZ. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to the growth of the company. Additionally, the role involves managing a sales pipeline and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies with the ability to close deals and meet goals
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to improve team performance and execution
• Highly organized and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in consumer services or a related industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in sales or customer service is a plus
