Davidson’s is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Manager to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person engagement and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, strategic thinker, and passionate advocate for customer success.

Your Mission as a Customer Relationship ManagerAs our boots‑on‑the‑ground brand ambassador, you’ll build lasting relationships with dealers, drive sales growth, and bring the Davidson’s experience to life across the Midwest region. You’ll be the face of our brand—energizing, educating, and empowering our customers every step of the way.
What You’ll Do- Champion the Davidson’s brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
- Promote our exclusive Guarantee
D® Program and - Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
- Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
- Travel extensively throughout the region (average of 2 to 3 nights per week on the road)

What You Bring- A passion for shooting, hunting, and the outdoors
- Experience in outside sales
- Residency within the Des Moines metro area
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug testing
