Perform daily, quarterly, and as-needed security rounds and egress/ingress control of the hospital;
Respond to incidents and emergencies including fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, floods, hazardous materials, and weather;
Interact with staff, residents, and visitors to maintain a safe environment;
Collaborate with first responders during emergencies to de-escalate conflicts;
Apply Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) methods
