Comfort Pro is looking for an HVAC Installer with prior field experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who already has hands‑on installation experience and is ready to continue developing their skills in a professional, team‑oriented environment.

We're not looking for someone completely new to the trade – we're looking for installers who understand the basics, work hard, and want a clear path for advancement through our Green to Lead program.

Entry‑level experienced installers typically start around $50K/year.

More experienced installers can earn $90K+/year.

Advancement is based on performance, leadership, and skill development.

We're looking for someone who already has a foundation in HVAC installation and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 6 months of HVAC install experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Experience installing ductwork systems
• Familiarity with HVAC low‑voltage systems
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Monday–Friday | 7:30AM–3:30PM

With occasional overtime.
