Position: 4X4 Technician

We’re looking for a Technician who brings skill, humility, and ambition. Someone who takes pride in their workmanship and sees the value of being part of a team that supports each other, pushes each other, and wants to build rigs that inspire adventure.

What We’re Looking For

A Technician who is:

  • Highly skilled, self-driven, and takes ownership of their work
  • Strong at troubleshooting, diagnosis, and electrical systems
  • Experienced and confident around 4x4 platforms, drive trains, and upgrades
  • A team player who communicates well and cares about the people they work with
  • Motivated to build a long‑term career, not just punch a clock

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in automotive service or off‑road related work.

Core Skills You Should Bring
  • Deep understanding of suspension, lift kits, steering, and geometry
  • Experience with differential lockers, gearing, and 4x4 system operation
  • Strong electrical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to install lighting, accessories, and aftermarket components
  • General automotive troubleshooting and repair
  • Close attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Skills That Make You Stand Out
  • Welding or fabrication experience
  • ASE certifications
  • Experience with custom builds or specialty 4x4 platforms
  • Ability to think creatively when solving complex mechanical problems

The Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Compensation: DOE, very competitive Benefits:
