Wecom Fiber is seeking an Operations Technician in Prescott, AZ to install and activate fiber optic infrastructure for residential and commercial customers. You will perform outdoor trenching and aerial work, plus indoor fiber and Cat5/6 cabling, routers, ONTs, and related equipment.
This role requires strong technical aptitude, good communication with customers, and the ability to troubleshoot field issues while maintaining safety and documentation standards.
