Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Service Electrician to handle residential service and warranty calls. • Service & Warranty Calls: Address a variety of residential electrical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Electrical Repairs: Perform repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to foster trust and loyalty. Engage customers with professionalism and respect.
• Upgrades & Recommendations: Identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements and offer solutions that benefit the customer, either immediately or through scheduled follow-up.
• Estimates & Invoicing: Provide clear, accurate estimates for repairs and projects, and ensure precise invoicing.
• Safety & Communication: Adhere to safe working practices at all times and maintain open communication with both customers and internal teams.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work
• Valid Driver's License
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.
