Maintenance Technician
If you have a passion for maintaining equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and contributing to a high-performing manufacturing operation, we'd like to hear from you. We are seeking both Maintenance Technician I and Maintenance Technician II to support production equipment, facility systems, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and equipment servicing.
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records using Limble CMMS.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment including:
Punch and Brake presses, Haeger insertion machines, Deburring equipment, Laser equipment, UV and pad printers, Potting and packaging equipment, Powder coat line, CNC mills, SMT and wave solder equipment, Air systems and compressors, Forklifts, Facility systems including lighting and minor building repairs.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Replace motors, sensors, belts, valves, and other components.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Electrical Maintenance
- Perform electrical repairs and component replacement while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and basic schematics.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and CMMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
