Class A or B CDL Truck Driver

Overview

Fann Contracting, Inc. is hiring Professional Class A or B CDL Drivers to join our team. Travel pay and hourly pay are based on experience, with rates typically between $24.40 and $30.50 per hour. Travel pay of $63 to $75 per day is available for most assignments. The company is family-owned with 62 years of experience, working throughout Arizona in mass excavation, rock handling, underground utilities, private and public infrastructure, asphalt paving, aggregate crushing, asphalt hot plant production, and trucking operations.

Positions require a valid and current Class A or B driver’s license; a tank endorsement is preferred.

Please note:

suspensions or DUI within the previous 4 years may disqualify candidates. Construction hauling experience with Belly Dump, 10- and 12-wheel end dump, and water truck is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidates. Statewide travel within Arizona is typical; travel pay applies to most assignments. Some minor labor work is required.

• Safely hauling asphalt, rock, and other aggregates for paving and other projects in Arizona
• Operate either standard or automatic transmissions
• Occasionally lifting/moving heavy objects and inspecting loads and tarps
• Carrying a small tool kit to adjust brakes, change bulbs, and attach mud flaps
• Completing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections using Electronic Logs and/or timecards
• Qualified candidates may occasionally operate heavy equipment (e.g., loading your own truck)
• Adhere to hiring guidelines and procedures as provided

• Valid and current Class A or B driver’s license; tank endorsement preferred
